Tour groups of 16 or more receive special opportunities at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center including group rates on tickets to our experiences, battlefield tours and nearby historic sites. Enjoy convenient on-site dining options and shopping during your visit.
- Groups can take advantage of convenient dining options including group breakfasts, dinners and boxed meals. Groups are encouraged to call ahead for dining accommodations, 717-338-1243, ext. 5.
- Groups enjoy convenient on-site shopping in our Museum Book Store. Shop for books, gifts, apparel, memorabilia and more.
Note: For student groups (grades K-12), one chaperone is required for every seven students. Chaperones/teachers should remain with their students/children at all times, in all areas of the building and complex. Students are admitted to the venues only when accompanied by a chaperone. Chaperones are responsible for ensuring orderly and respectful behavior.

Refreshment Saloon | Battlegrounds Café & Grille
Modeled after an actual Civil War-era saloon, the Refreshment Saloon provides leisurely a-la-carte dining.
Enjoy hot and cold food selections along with your favorite made-to-order coffees (lattes, espressos, iced coffee) and bottled beverages at the Battlegrounds Cafe & Grille. Choose from a variety of cold sandwiches, snacks, hot dogs, pizzas and paninis. If you’re looking to soothe your sweet tooth, we feature regional favorites, ice cream and apple dumplings.
For your convenience, order a boxed lunch for your family, small group, or couple, and dine outdoors on our terrace or in the designated picnic areas. Order boxed meals in advance.
