Guest Relations Associate – Seasonal

POSITION SUMMARY: Sell tickets to walk-in customers and reserved groups for all events. Assist visitors in scheduling and planning their visit to enhance their experience. Promote all the products we provide. Provide excellent visitor service. Assist in the theatre, museum and cyclorama areas of the Visitor Center.

EXPERIENCE: Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.

Guest Relations Specialist – Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee staff and assist the Guest Relations Supervisor. Supervise staff in the absence of the Supervisor. Provide excellent customer service.

EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year experience in customer service. Supervisory experience preferred.

Senior Director of Guest Relations - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Director of Guest Relations works with the Vice President for Marketing & Sales along with the entire team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from single and group ticket sales and oversees the essence of the guest experience anywhere Gettysburg Foundation interacts with visitors. This position manages the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff who are responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences. The Senior Director of Guest Relations interacts and works across all departments and with external partners daily.

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum ten years experience including a minimum of five years progressive management experience; sales and retail supervisory experience preferred.
