Holiday Hours Announced for Children of Gettysburg 1863®

As families plan their visit to Gettysburg during the holiday season, the Gettysburg Foundation announces hours of operation for its children's interactive history museum for the upcoming holidays. Located at 451 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, inside the historic Rupp HouseTM, Children of Gettysburg 1863® is closed Christmas Eve, Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2024. The children's museum is closed Christmas day, Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, and New Year’s Day, Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.
Children of Gettysburg 1863® will reopen Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024, at Noon after the Christmas holiday closure and Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, at Noon in the new year. The children's history museum will continue to observe its winter hours.
