Visitors to the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center have the opportunity to see the Gettysburg battlefield and experience popular battlefield vistas on Saturday afternoons in April 2022.
Double Decker Bus Tours feature an expert Licensed Battlefield Guide and showcase the history and scenery of Gettysburg’s hallowed ground while riding aboard a double decker bus. With stops throughout the afternoon, the tour provides a 360-degree view of the battlefield and offers visitors a new perspective of the battle as a Licensed Battlefield Guide delivers the narrative for this tour.
The Double Decker Bus Tour will operate at 4 p.m. on Saturdays in April. Limited to one tour each Saturday, the tour departs the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center on the following schedule and will last approximately two hours:
Face coverings/masks continue to be required on all bus tours and shuttle buses, consistent with TSA guidelines.
Tickets for the guided tour are $38/adults and $23/youth ages 6-12 for the upper deck and $37/adults and $22/youth ages 6-12 for the lower deck. Children under 5 are free of charge. Friends of Gettysburg receive a $5 discount for adults and $3 for youth. Tickets can be purchased online at GettysburgFoundation.org or by calling Guest Relations at 877-874-2478.
