Children of Gettysburg 1863 Closed Thanksgiving Day

Families visiting Gettysburg during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend should plan their visit knowing that Children of Gettysburg 1863 is closed Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, 2022.

The children's history museum will reopen for visitors to experience the adventure Friday, Nov. 25, from Noon until 5 p.m.

Tickets are available to purchase in advance online at GettysburgFoundation.org/Children-of-Gettysburg-1863 or by calling Guest Relations at 877-874-2478.
