The U.S. and Commonwealth flags are being flown at half-staff in honor of the 41st President George H.W. Bush. Bush passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. The order for U.S. flags was issued by the Department of Homeland Security. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf issued the order for both U.S. and Commonwealth flags on public buildings. The flags will be flown at half-staff for 30 days.
