Narrated by Morgan Freeman, this must-see film is the perfect way to begin your experience. A New Birth of Freedom features state-of-the-art cinematography to illustrate Gettysburg’s place in American history. Shows every 15 minutes beginning at 8:15 a.m. Please allow approximately 30 minutes. Purchase tickets.

After the seeing A New Birth of Freedom, the feature film narrated by Morgan Freeman, be transported 35 feet above the ground floor for the massive “Battle of Gettysburg” Cyclorama—an immersive experience that combines a 360-degeee painting, a three-dimensional diorama and a sound a light show. This must-see experience is the perfect way to begin your visit. Shows daily every 15 minutes. Allow 45 minutes.

Licensed Battlefield Guide Car Tour
Enhance your Gettysburg experience with a private, guided tour (in your own car!) of the battlefield with one of Gettysburg’s renowned Licensed Battlefield Guides. Standard tours are 2 hours, tours available daily. To reserve a Licensed Battlefield Guide car tour, please call our reservations department at least three days before your visit. 877-874-2478.

Eisenhower National Historic Site Tour
Visit the only house President Dwight D. Eisenhower ever owned and see what life was like at “Ike’s” temporary White House and weekend retreat. See the Eisenhowers’ original furnishings, take a guided tour, explore the grounds at your leisure and stop in the bookstore for a souvenir. Shuttle bus leaves from the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center. Allow 2 hours. Purchase tickets.
