Gettysburg is the place where 165,000 soldiers met to fight for their beliefs. It is the place where Abraham Lincoln helped mend a torn nation with his Gettysburg Address, and the place where millions have stood to reflect on the importance of the events that occurred here.
Since the smoke cleared from the Battlefield in 1863, Gettysburg has been a must-see for every American. And with the transformation that is occurring on this hallowed ground, this national landmark must be seen again.
