Visit Gettysburg
Start Here at the Official Gettysburg Visitor Center
Begin your visit at the official Gettysburg Visitor Center: the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center, located at 1195 Baltimore Pike, just south of historic downtown Gettysburg. The Museum and Visitor Center features the exclusive Cyclorama, Film and Museum Experience. Before you arrive, purchase advance Cyclorama, Film and Museum Experience tickets.
Arrange Battlefield Tours at the Gettysburg Visitor Center
At the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center, you can plan a battlefield tour by selecting from several options: a Gettysburg Licensed Battlefield Guide bus tour; a personalized Licensed Battlefield Guide car tour; or a self-guided audio CD tour, available for purchase in the Museum Bookstore.
Important! If you would like to reserve a Licensned Battlefield Guided bus or car tour, we recommend that you reserve your tour in advance!
The Museum and Visitor Center at Gettysburg also sells tickets, for President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s home — now the Eisenhower National Historic Site — and the David Wills House in downtown Gettysburg (another National Park Service site).
